The recruiter contacted me by email to join a group interview in the branch. At the beginning, all the candidates sit and waited in the lobby and then we were called by name to have an interview with the branch manager by turn.

1. Why would you want to join our company? 2. How would you communicate with a frustrated customer? 3. Try to sell me this notebook (BM randomly grabbed something) 4. What is your career goal? 5. If you encounter challenges or problems during the operation, what would you do to solve them?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
