HR screening was followed by interviews with peers and hiring manager. Process was completed smoothly and in a timely manner however the decision making was slow . I Received an offer from another company which I accepted, so did not continue with BMO

Interview
The interview process was a 15 minute phone call with the hiring manager and one of their Senior specialist. The Senior Specialist named OV asked about my experience in Linux , which of course I did not have,but assured that I will pick up soon. Inspite of no experience in Linux ,I was hired.
