My first interview with BMO were unstructured and lack of details because of the immediate opening. However, I thought that the interview went well because interviewer told me that they may have several positions that I may be a good fit, they seemed impressed with my background. It took a month for me to get a automated rejection email. I do not think that people should wait a month just to get a rejection.
