it was obvious from the length of the process until the feedback they didn't what they were looking for.
took 2 month of replating technical question on the phone until portfolio review .
Standard panel interview with portfolio review and behavioural questions. Overall, the process was straightforward, but a few people on the call appeared disengaged and inattentive, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful.
