I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
After having my application fast-tracked, I attended an interview regarding a two week spring internship. This involved an interviewer looking over my CV and asking me why finance and what I wanted to get out of the internship, if I was lucky enough to receive the opportunity. After the interview, I was told immediately that they were keen for me to come back and spend time within the firm and told that a more detailed schedule for the two weeks would be emailed to me. I then received a timetable shortly before starting my internship and then I spent time in a variety of departments.
