Applied through debut - interview and assessment day the next week. Interviewer was extremely rude to me, kept rolling her eyes at me. One question she asked was tell me a weakness and a strength. Proceeded to tell her in that order, she interrupted me and said "why on earth would you tell me a weakness first?!" which threw me off the interview. Felt like she was judging me the whole time, and at the end told me the layout of my CV was awful and that no one would ever want to read it.
