very very slow, took almost 4 months for the entire process, management is very slow and laid back being a french bank the culture rubs in, not hiring right right people for right jobs and too much office politics

First meeting with hiring manager to understand a little bit more about the job.
Second interview with HR and Hiring Manager with technicol questions, my understanding of the position.
Last interview with Managing Director, questions of personality, behaviours inorder to check if I could fit with the tem members.
