Very easy as their scope of intellectual talents are limited for long term employee who cannot work elsewhere. Just maintain positive attitude and show an interest and you would be fine as long as you appear sufficiently unthreatening to their positions.

At the end of the conversation, the HR person told me that there weren't any jobs available but that she liked my CV and wanted a first interview to get to know me for future jobs.

Investment banking interview, overall OK.
I did an LBO example on paper which felt weird after doing it on excel for so many ears but was still easy.
I eventually didn't get hired after the last round of itnerview.
