Bacara Resort & Spa interview questions

The interview process was standard. It was a one on one interview with the spa manager in which they asked me typical interview questions. I was not caught off guard by any of the questions and was able to reflect on past work experience to answer them.

Attended a job fair and wasn't aware they would hire people on the spot. Was a little blindsided by that and wish I was given more time to think about the job instead of being sent for a drug test right away, as I was also in the works of considering a different job at a different restaurant. That said, if you want a job definitely attend their job fairs; they are organized and you will probably meet with the supervisor of the department you want to work for. Sat down with supervisor of department I applied for and went over my resume. Was asked about my experience with customer service and my ability to handle large crowds and how I dealt with stress and complaints from customers. Easy interview appropriate for the entry-level nature of the position. Asked about availability, notified of wage and offered job on the spot. Drug test same day.
