multiple rounds of interviews, which were back to back. Waited a while to hear back from them, but finally received a favorable response. People were nice and intelligent, and I enjoyed meeting them. but, it is a little unclear as to what it might really be like to work there, including the culture and firm management (perhaps too conservative in their approach).

Behavioral questions - less substantive. Tell me a time when you had to meet a rough deadline? How did you go about this? What issues did you experience? One screening interview; then another round with multiple attorneys.
