Rigorous; but everyone i've talked to has been extremely kind. Asks about prior history, showed personality assessment feedback and how it aligns with specific job description. Interview was virtual, I believe it was zoom or a similar platform

The interview started with a group introduction session, where the company provided an overview of its background and culture. Each candidate then introduced themselves briefly. After that, we moved on to a more formal interview stage, where candidates were interviewed in pairs, allowing for both individual responses and some level of interaction.
