      Pros

      Great team! Values are lived out. Policy is clear and program is the best there is. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Little PTO and hard to use. Benefits are expensive and not great. Massive workload. People who speak up about unsustainablity are labeled “not BasePoint people”.

      Pros

      I’ve enjoyed working here. The company truly cares for its employees. Above market pay rates, PTO, and other employee benefits. Transparency from management and CEO. Opportunities to advance/recieve promotions.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunities for bonuses. Documentation and workload can get really heavy with little support from management or admin.
