Very poor and not transparent hiring process! Got a basic call with very general background questions and salary expectations. Organized the second step but they didn’t show up. After an email they said that they were looking for someone with a different background! My question, you had the time to read my cv, had a chat with me, organize a second step to understand that? Probably the salary is a great concern.
