applied online. got a call from HR and scheduled an interview which was pretty easy and just basic HR questions. After a week, I got offer letter and documents to fill an also given a start date.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bechtel (New Orleans, LA) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was very conversational. It lasted about 10 minutes and I was immediately informed of their decision. Overall it was a very positive first interview experience, and I appreciated talking to my interviewer.

Interview
Technical interview went till 1hour 25 minutes, but it was more of a technical conversation. At some instances, even interviewer shared the extended answer and made me feel comfortable. It was a short process.
