Very messy, disorganized and disrespectful. The first interview was over the phone with one person from the Inbound Marketing team, which ran well and provide some more insights on the job role. A few hours later, I've received the request to work in 48 hours on a presentation on my approach to generating qualified leads and my first 100 days in the company - which I never had the opportunity to present because the hiring manager was on holidays (???). After submitting the presentation, I was invited for a second video interview with the hiring manager and the first interviewer. The interview had seems to had smoothly too. A week later I've received an email inviting me to come to their offices for half a day "trial" to meet the team. Provided my availability, we agreed on the date, received the confirmation and a few minutes after the HR Recruiter called me to cancel the third round and mentioned that they already had a preferred candidate (???) and it was mostly because they haven't met in person - which on all the interviews steps I provide my phone availability and when I could come to the office. Overall experience: messy, disorganized and disrespectful.
