It was non-traditional, welcoming but very thorough. Two sets of interview and another 15-min welcome phone call when offered the position. The recruiter covered every aspect of the business, explaining what the role entail in details so the applicant had no shred of doubt what he applied for.

First, I had a video call with them, then moved onto an on-site interview. There was a quick white-board session, where they asked the typical FizzBuzz question, in addition to a couple others. It was a relatively easy interview. The interviewers were kind of rude at times, but overall, it was fine. I wouldn't say it was the best interview ever, but they said they'd be in contact by the end of the following week. Then I heard nothing. I didn't get a rejection email, no "thank you for your time" email, absolutely nothing. If a candidate spends their valuable time to interview with you, the least you could do is send an email saying they didn't move forward in the process.

Great interview and training. Looking forward to working with them. The pay structure is 1099 all commissions but I'm used to that. You have to be a go getter for sure. If you lean on wages, this isn't for the faint of heart.

Lots of questions regarding engineering and customer compliance. How to install a successful business model. Quite a few how would you handle this employee. Was quite a eye opening. They requested a full background and security check also.

Two Part Interview overall very smooth process. Would recommend. Basic questions & general knowledge, 1st day training lots of information. Earning potential is unimitated & control of your own schedule.

The interview process was straightforward. It was like chatting with an old friend. We discussed my life skills, personal life, hobbies, even my pets. The second interview was pretty much the same.

Several phone calls leading up to a zoom interview, everyone I spoke to along the way was very helpful but there was a definite disconnect between management and the people on the ground. Overall, no complaints.

Mostly about the company, asked me a couple questions about my self, some challenges I think I would face in the role, and something I think I could benefit from with the role. Went over pay and compensation a few times. Seems mostly commission based.

Super uncomfortable, it felt like one huge scam and was not a job i'd like at all. Would not want a second interview or position. Basically said I need to get a second job as i'd make no money
