I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BioFire Diagnostics (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2017
Interview
I was one of four candidates grouped with two production managers for the interview process. After a cordial greeting and get-to-know-you, we took turns answering questions based on potential situations ("If X happened, what would your response be?," "When you encountered X in a previous work environment, how did you resolve the issue?"). Pretty standard interview questions. We then took a tour of the production floor and had plenty of time for Q&A afterward. I felt quite at ease: things were professional but light. It was one of the better interviews that I had.
