I went through employee referral. It went smooth. For Quality Control job they interested about laboratory skills. And they want candidate to focus on learning and experience especially for trainee position instead of remuneration oriented.

It depends on the manager and their style of interviewing. Sometimes easy and sometimes hard. If you speak confidently and put yourself out there, you can pretty much get through it.

Interview
you have to reach the venue and have to register yourself according to your qualification at the respective tables assigned for each qualification. they ask you to be seated until your turn comes. A short 5 min interview where you are asked about you and your skills and a bit of knowledge. though there are ma ny roles and positions you can apply or interview for you can still interview for only one of them and they will layer discuss amongst themselves and let you know.
