I had a "surprise" with Rupali Veerkar - VP-HR, she had lot of attitude & arrogance in her voice. She demeaned me because I did not understand abbreviations & some "buzz words" of tech recruitment industry. When I realized I am not able to answer her questions as per expectations I offered to withdraw unfortunately she kept pushing me for it & end of the call demeaned me again.
If you are planning to interview with them for any HR position then prepare yourself with all abbreviations & buzz words also, most important is Bitwise has ration of 7:1 female male in HR department.
My honest view is Bitwise is not good company to work with.
