I submitted an online application and was contacted very quickly to schedule a phone screening interview. The next day I was scheduling for an in-person interview with a team of about 4 different managers from the HR Department. All were informative and went really well. Three days later I was asked to come back and with 2 more senior people. Again I left feeling at least 1 of the 2 went extremely well however I never heard back from anyone again. I understand that they are a young start-up company, however with HR they should be experienced and professional enough to know you should give feedback to an applicant after they invest so much time there, even if it's just a standard rejection letter. I contacted my Recruiter twice asking for a status update and never received a response and I feel that was VERY unprofessional after spending a total of 5 hours there interviewing on 2 different occasions, not inducing trade time. The least you can do is respond to an email. Also, 2 different people on the team said they'd arrange for me to get a box of food and no one ever followed through.
