Thanks for taking the time to interview with Bluewolf, and to write a review. We are sorry your interview experience was not positive, we do our best to ensure candidates enjoy our interview process.
We also apologise that you feel the interview was rushed, we allocate an hour for face to face interviews with Senior Management, however, if something unexpected occurs and the interview has to be shortened, we would always offer the opportunity to arrange another meeting. Fortunately, this happens very rarely, however, we are sorry it was your experience.
In regards to the role, we have very specific client requirements and our job titles do not always align exactly to the wider market. If we feel someone would be a great fit at Bluewolf, however they don't necessarily align to the very specific requirements of one role, we would look for another suitable option across the organisation, we like to keep an open mind. Again, apologies, if this is not what you expected.
