Interview
The interview process consisted of being interviewed by several different employees: your potential manager, a second manager of similar role, a potential internal customer, and a panel lunch/interview with potential coworkers.
The questions were behavior based. Describe a situation where you dealt with a difficult coworker, what would you do if your project was running behind or behind budget, if a member of your team wasn't contributing what would you do. If you prepare for this line of questioning you will do well.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and it was 30 minutes round which was done by the hiring manager. Basic information was asked and a quick walk through of the resume was asked.
