First round about yourself and your previous experience , second round STAR questions and examples . Group activity following this to solve a puzzle . Followed by the last round which was a one on one role play

Coffee catch up followed up by two x interviews. The 2nd interview will be a roleplay. Each interview will involve 2 x people and each interview will have different people.

through recruiter - phone interview initially by hiring manager. weird metrics needed - unhappy with experience in past, not sure why interview was completed. the hiring manager hung up in the middle of the phone call as he did not have any more time to continue with the questions, and then provided negative feedback. Weird that I talked about the ckd indication for jardiance in US - and the hiring manager said thats untrue and not a real indication. very odd as it seemed he wasnt very across the product himself
