1. Initial call with recruiting agency (Omega CRM) on Boehringer Ingelheim's (BI) behalf 2. Online interview with two people from BI Events global team about my hard skills 3. Online interview with two other people from BI Events local team about my soft skills and personality I received only positive feedback. It took like almost a month for the whole process, and then in the end I got told from the recruiter that BI hired another person who had nothing to do with the recruitment agency without giving me any feedback or advise - very unprofessional! Also, I did not get any offer after 3 rounds interview - speechless!
