I applied online. About 1.5 months later we had an online interview. A Senior Internal Consulting Manager participated in the interview. HR was not present at the meeting. The interview lasted 1 hour and was very technical. During the interview, I realized that the job advertisement did not describe the job well and did not clearly mention the tasks. My CV clearly states the projects I have worked on, I could not understand why they invited me for an interview. As a result, I think there was a misunderstanding. The interviewer was very polite and friendly. But I think HR could improve in terms of job descriptions and candidate selection.
The interview consisted of 3 parts:
1- The job description and information about the company were shared
2- I was asked to introduce myself and share my background
3- I was given 3 business cases and asked to solve them.
