in July 2018, I was invited to interview for vadodara location and HR shown good interest in my profile as i am working in rail domain and doing similar kind of job. My interview was scheduled on 12 PM but hr was following up with me since morning 10 am, i reached the location at 11.30 am, hr asked me to wait for some time as there are other people also waiting for interview. till 4 pm it was same status no one updating me just asking me wait for some time. so finally i asked hr reason why it is this much late, my interview was scheduled at 12pm. she told me we are working very hard you need to wait for some time. i decided to leave but then hr arranged my interview but overall her response was rude, during the interview panel just asked me 3,4 basic question no single question from my work or on domain and told me that my profile is not suitable as i am not from vadodara and there are less chances to me relocate. i was surprised relocation was already discussed with hr and then why did you call me for 10 min interview . after the interview hr asked me to leave immediately without updating feedback from panel. I had impression that as i shown urgency hr and panel just conducted interview and rejection was already decided. i traveled 2 hours to reach location and waited for 4.5 hours to be interviewed but overall response from panel and hr was very bad. there was no any regret feeling from hr as they mess up with timing and made me wait for 4.5 hours.
