They told me to come into the store on one of the available dates. We sat down at one of the tables and just talked about why i wanted to work here, also gave them my resume and i was basically hired on the spot.

They wanted a subsidiary from local job placement agency upon hiring people otherwise they were hesitant. Actual interview was being put into the swing of things before a busy rush to see if people can handle their family way of doing things
