Interviewer set up a 10 minute phone screen 3 weeks in advanced and rescheduled the day of. They did not have a current open opportunity and was not able to communicate the time the opportunity would be available in the future nor the details of that opportunity, Interviewer was unprepared and unfocused.

The interview was pretty much easy and NOT proctored, there was 5 questions (MCQ) and the final question was a small coding question. They had to pick the best and most reliable answers for the coding question
