Branch International Interview Questions

About 5 phases, interview with the hiring manager (usually phone call), and then the Engineering manager (Such a cool guy), and then the technical interview and this is where I failed, I believe the interviewer was there to lead me astray. I completed 3 before getting the regret mail. It was fun

There are multiple stages of the interview. First, the phone interview, and then you have a technical interview, an interview with a senior manager, one interview for culture and then a final one with the head of credit.

Branch international has been taking Kenyan jobseekers for a ride. They have been advertising for some finance positions since August 2022. They shortlist candidates, take them through three rounds of interviews then issue regret letters and immediately readvertise the positions. This is not ethical.

The interview process was immensely smooth, fair and transparent. The interviewers cared for what I had to share and it felt more like a set of insightful discussions. I would highly recommend the interested candidates to apply at Branch as the work, people and the vibe is amazing

The interview process is very seamless and straightforward. The first stage involves the candidate and a senior Associate from the people ops team. The second stage involves the candidate and two members of the customer solutions leadership team. The third stage involves the candidate and the customer solutions Manager.

First a call and quick question session from the HR. Once that's through, a technical interview with the operations manager which included both verbal and then a written SQL exam.

It was a smooth experience. Recruiter was very proactive and updated about my candidature after every interview. I got answers to all the questions I asked. Company culture is very transparent.

The communication was top notch from the HR representative; Michael. Even though I did not get the offer eventually, it’s still one of my best interview experiences till date. Would still love to work for this company when the opportunity comes calling in the future

It was not that difficult it had 3 rounds and all were good which consisted of assessment round which had numerical reasoning ,logical reasoning ,strategic reasoning and an email section then there was a technical round

The interview process was very well structured. It included a short project activity and 3 rounds of interviews. It was aimed at understanding a potential candidate holistically. The folks entrusted with executing the process were both respectful & supportive even when the candidate was found to be not a good fit for the role.
