I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brandwatch in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied through their website.
Had a first phone screening with the HR person about generic topics (motivation, my work history, etc.).
Had a second phone call with a tech lead about mildly technical topics. He then gave me a home assignment.
The assignment was, in my opinion, unreasonably time-consuming, especially due to the number of requirements and constraints.
Given the mixed reviews on Glassdoor I thought it was probably not worth it and took myself out of consideration.

Question 1
Home assignment with around 7-8 must-have features and constraints.
Very straightforward and enjoyed the conversations with the people I met with. Sounds like an interesting place to work and good visions for the future. Asked good quesrions about why I wanted the role
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Brandwatch (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sept 2017
Interview
Requires new hires to take a somewhat taxing take home assignment. They estimate it at 20 hours, and you get a week to complete it. It is well put together, and gets around showing you what the company is about. The interview themselves were a very nice experience, and it is clear that management in engineering cares about what kind of people they let in.
