I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Breakaway Practice (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
The company looks serious at first sight, but they seem overwhelmed and a little lost. I had an interview for a Marketing position which went very well, the questions were appropriate but not very in depth. The interviewer said several times that she was extremely interested, and even wrote it in an email she sent me. I was not able to start right away because I would graduate (MBA) the following weeks and said it was fine. During the interview, she mentioned the importance of keeping in contact with clients for that position but never gave me an answer. An answer, positive or negative, will always underline your professionalism.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Breakaway Practice (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied through Craigslist. Had 3 on-site interviews. Interviews included VP of Technology, the team, VP of HR, and then parts of the team again.
I had a good vibe of the company until the talk started about Salary. For one, I did not like talking about salary with potential team members in the same room. This struck me as very unprofessional.
2nd, It was mentioned they could do better than my previous salary in San Antonio - this was not the case.
The final offer was very low so I went with another opportunity. I did reach out to the company to see if it could be negotiated but I did not get an answer.
The benefits did seem ok. I guess if you are new in the field, this could be an ideal role. But if you have a decent amount of experience and know your worth, it may not be worth it.
Which they were looking for someone with a decent amount of experience so this did seem odd.

They were mainly looking for me to sell myself. Show you have customer service skills and that you are willing to learn and you will do ok.
