Office runs on cliques. Owner's family tends sit around, chat and bark orders. Then they lay off great employees and keep the ones that don't do anything all day. I had to leave, it was just too much for my peace of mind.
Good pay and hours , but I’m sure you can find it somewhere else .

Wow !! Where should I start from . Lack of training , favoritism, bunch of high school drama . Management overall is a joke . Not willing to help when you need help .
