Standard Interview process, 1. Recruiter, 2. HM, 3. Panel interview on a topic of your choice 4. Live coding. Applied July 22nd, rejection was given Sept 9th. Had a few hick-ups with communication, the HR department for sure did not feel like they were organized at all. The company and the people actually interviewing me though seemed like really cool people and its a bummer I didn't get the role. I was extremely disappointed to get an automated email for the rejection instead of a phone call or some level of detailed feedback given I went all the way to the final round. So in short, the process overall was fine, everything was very fair, the time management of it all though was pretty bad and the rejection was a standard one.
