I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Broadridge (Boston, MA) in Dec 2018
Interview
I applied on the website, recruiter called and we agreed that the initial role was not a fit due to low salary. Got a call back a week later and recruiter said they could meet my expectations, could I come in for interviews.
Was asked to come in ASAP, met with hiring manager and peer consultant.
Hiring manager had lots of expectations of dedication and thoroughness, nothing unusual. I asked about career growth, he indicated minimum of 2 to 3 years at this level.
Hiring manager asked me when I was available, said they would get back to me in week or so.
Never heard back from them again, contacted recruiter and HR by email, no response. Pretty unprofessional - did not get a positive vibe in interview and it has been confirmed by the total lack of communication after the fact.
