I applied through other source. I interviewed at Broadridge (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
Pretty standard interview process. Firstly had a quick call with a recruiter and then scheduled a video interview with a manager. This is where it got a bit iffy for me. They only gave me 30 minutes for the interview and considering the interview was with what could have been my manager you would think they would allocate more time. We spent the entire time just speaking about my experiences and I did not get the chance to ask any questions. I thought it was strange but think I did really well. Got another email back saying I was wanted for a second interview. This time around the guy I was interviewed by was more interested in my prior company's financial history/success then really asking about myself. As I started off asking about the company (keep in mind I wasn't able in the first round) he seemed to dislike me asking any of this, acting as if I could have gotten all my answered from their website. The interview ended and I didn't feel so confident then. A week later I received an autogenerated email saying they are pursuing other applicants. You would think they would at least send a personal email after all the time I spent interviewing. I guess it was a blessing seeing how chaotic the process was.

Interview
The interview process was endless, after 4 months I gave up and took another job offer. HR was not great at following up, I kept having to follow up with her for a status update.
