Interview
3 interviews over the phone with several different members of the finance department. Nothing technical, all behavioral questions. Heard back three weeks later via email that I was being offered the internship. I accepted and background check/drug test were done. Once they received results, I heard back to fill out background information for security. Entire process took roughly a month.

Very smooth process. Had a conversation on the phone as an interview and was offered the job over the phone. The person was very nice on the phone and easy to talk to.
