After interviewing with 2 people (4 hours long) whom answer to every question was "don't worry about that". These where Home care COP's that you don't tell a professional RN "don't worry about that". After being told I was the right fit for the position I was applying for. It took them 2 weeks to get a call from them offering me a position but it was not what I interviewed for and when I asked about the position that I was told I was a right fit for. I was told that that position was already filled. WHAT???? I hung up on the poor guy because I was so mad. After thinking about the interview, it was obvious they did not want a highly experienced home care nurse and was only wanting a warm body to fill and the people whom I interviewed with didn't know how to run a home care. This is evident by their high turnover rate.
