I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living (Brentwood, TN) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process with Brookedale was very long and never ended with a solution. I had six interviews, all zooms. All zooms seemed to go very well and was happening at about once per week. The last one was even scheduled last minute from HR texting me. I never heard back after all of these interviews that seemed to go well. I reached out to see if there was a timeline and after a few weeks the recruiter got back with me and said that I was still a candidate and I would hear back either way. It's been several months now and I saw the position relisted online for lower salary and never have received any correspondence. Everybody was extremely lovely in the process, it just is a huge energy waste to let someone go that far and then ghost them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied towards the end of February of 2016. After about three weeks, a recruiter called and did a 20 -30 minute phone screening. In about a week, I was invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process was a little over two hours. The first 30 - 45 minutes was with the Procurement Manager. The next 30 minutes was with the Sr. Procurement Specialist.
The last hour was with the Sr. Director of Procurement and the Procurement OGM / Financial Analyst Consultant.
