Question 1
What makes you qualified for this job?
What experience do you have? Have you ever worked in resident care?
I submitted my resume through indeed, was called a couple of days later for an interview, which they scheduled for that afternoon. The interview involved one person (I think the Director) asking me questions about my work history and experience passing medication. She then described the position which, despite being listed as a medication aide, was clearly a "caregiver with the ability to pass medications," and at this point in my career, I'm not interested in caregiving, so, while they offered me the position on the spot, I asked to think about it, but then declined.

Question 1
What experience do you have with working with the elderly?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was very short. There were no personality or behavioral questions involved. Nothing was in depth, only vague. I actually waited longer in the waiting area than the length of the interview. After going over my previous work history, the employer went over the shift availability. Once I accepted the shift, that was all she wrote.
