I met Brooksource at a campus career fair and had my initial phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview was really casual and a lot of behavioral based questions. She talked a lot about Brooksource and let me ask all of my questions. From there, I was scheduled an in-office interview in Chicago. This was about a month after the phone interview. The in-office interview consisted of two interviews with 4 different people, a job shadow, and then a final interview with the Director of Operations. Little did I know this was the final round interview. The Director of Operations called me 3 days later offering me the job!
