Interview
Recruiter got back to me pretty quick once I applied via email. Followed up with the phone screening and was quick to respond in regards to the status of my application. I didn't get the job but they were efficient with the process.
Streamlined process. Focus on competencies as opposed to technical skill set. Was able to meet with a lot of stakeholders and felt like I got genuine answers to my questions rather than canned responses.
