Interview
Didn’t get a reason why I didn’t make it and they left me waiting for quite a long time. Idk why they don’t keep a talent pool and draw from there instead of opening these jobs to everyone including those who haven’t heard much about Buffer and lie on their resume.

Interview
Did not pass the first screening but received an actual email rejection, which I followed up and actually got a response from. That seems very nice compared to most companies just ghosting you.

Interview
Probably the worst, most insulting interview process I've ever been a part of. Made it to the penultimate round, past the initial screenings and technical interviews, to be told I was not transparent about my usage of their product.
