I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn in Aug 2017
Interview
I was emailed by a senior recruiter who set up a phone interview with me. After the phone interview I had to follow up with several emails before finally receiving a rejection three weeks later. As far as the questions I was asked, they were very cut and dry, but it was almost as if they wanted me to answer the questions in a certain way.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn in May 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to setup a time to chat with her. We nailed down a time and had a phone interview within 3-4 days of being invited to interview. The phone call lasted about 30 minutes and was very relaxed. Some basic questions were asked about the role and my experience, walking them through my resume, etc. I asked some general questions about the company and the role itself. I was told near the end of the call that they weren't sure if I was quite fit for the role as it was more of a Senior Systems Administrator role. I agreed partially, but the conversation was extremely respectful. I was told at the end of the call that I would still get an email asking me to complete an assessment, which I did the next day. I completed the assessment and email the recruiter letting her know.
After a few days I heard back and was told that the hiring manager wanted to meet with me. After trying to figure out a time and reaching back out to the recruiter a couple of times I was told that the position was offered to someone internally. No hard feelings at all through this process, if anything it makes me want to join them even more knowing that they promote from within.
