First, they send you a couple of links in order to take online tests. One test is based on logic (IQ question types), and the other one is a test to assess your psychological profile... no right or wrong answers, it's more a case of willing to know who you are. Are you introverted or not, cooperative or not...etc. Then after that, you get a call from HR to make sure that you are the right fit for the job specs, salary, times...can you speak clearly on the phone...etc. Then the following step involves having two separate calls, with the hiring managers. They mainly ask behavioural questions (and a couple of technical questions), trying to find out if we can describe specific examples from past professional experiences. They then assess if this experience matches their expectation for the role... or not... Well, in my case it did not work out.... but I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to give me feedback about my application and explain why they took their decision.
