It was a big group interview, over 10 candidates, answering questions about how they would handle situations with customers and demonstrating why they wanted the opportunity to work there.

Applied via their website, was contacted within the week...initial interview scheduled for a few days later via mobile phone, took close to an hour, very nice person, easy questins, very relaxed ..then the next day an automated interview for CRS.
