Interview
Very simple process, I applied online and got a call about a week later asking to come in for an interview. At the interview some simple questions were asked and they said I just had to fill out a background check form that would be emailed to me, and after that was done that they would call back to schedule orientation.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
