Seemed a bit like a more conversation. HM was very nice, I honestly felt the interview was too easy, and I bs-ed my way through it. Didn’t feel like I deserved the job because of that, but anyway super easy.

Describe a time you helped someone get through a tough situation.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
