Applied online, received a call back two days later. Interview lasted an hour, got hired on the spot. They love people with confidence (do not become fidgety and/or nervous), be very warm and friendly, and ask questions that matter.

What is most important when shopping (from a customers point of view)?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
