Interview
Once you apply, you sent up a date and time for a phone interview, and in the confirmation email it states that if you don't get a phone call by 15 minutes after your scheduled interview then to give them a call. I had to call because nobody called me at my scheduled time.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
