Two step interview process. First round was a short 30 minute teams call to go over experience and review position expectations. Second round was an in-person interview with a presentation highlighting work experience.

Automated interview felt impersonal and unprofessional. I was then set up for a 2nd interview in the wrong location, probably because the first interview was with a computer and not a person.

They flew me into their office which was nice. I was told to bring a presentation to discuss my past work experience and given a strict interview schedule. When I showed up, I was taken to lunch where we spent most of the allotted time of the day. The presentation was performed after lunch in which almost no time was provided. This could all have been part of the plan, but no real technical questions were asked during the process
